German for mothers and fathers of schoolchildren (formerly "Ich lerne Deutsch fürs Kind")

Does your child go to kindergarten or elementary school? Would you like to understand school better and support your child? Learn German at school!

Course: This offer is aimed at mothers and fathers of children in kindergarten or elementary school who live in the canton of Basel-Stadt.

Course length: The course lasts one school semester (mid-August to mid-January, mid-January to the end of June). No lessons during school vacations.
Course locations: The offer takes place in the school building, in rooms of the day structure or in a nearby neighborhood meeting place. The following schools are currently participating:

• Brunnmatt primary school and Margarethen primary school
  in the Gundeldingen, Bruderholz & Dreispitz districts (zip code 4053)
• Isaak Iselin primary school and Wasgenring primary school
  in the Iselin, Gotthelf & Bachletten districts (PlZ 4055)
• Lysbüchel primary school, St. Johann primary school and Volta primary school
  in the St. Johann district (zip code 4056)
• Bläsi primary school and Dreirosen primary school
  in the Matthäus, Klybeck & Kleinhüningen districts (zip code 4057)
