Head of Communication / NPO Marketing 80%
Would you like to take on responsibility at one of the largest providers of German courses in the region and steer us into an innovative and responsible future?
Main tasks
- You take responsibility for communication and marketing towards external stakeholders and develop these further
- You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of the website and print presence
- You coordinate, create and publish inspiring and target group-oriented content for various channels (e.g. social media, briefings)
- You maintain a broad network in the migration and asylum landscape in the Basel region as well as interactions with our target groups (community management)
- You are responsible for the conception and implementation of smaller events and projects
- You will work closely with the Managing Director, the Head of Fundraising, our specialist departments and external contacts.
You bring with you
- You have a university degree or comparable training as well as professional expertise and several years of professional experience in communications, ideally in an NPO
- You have a high digital affinity, especially social media, are a strong communicator and enjoy interacting with different target groups
- You work in a team-oriented manner and with a pronounced service mentality, you are independent, flexible and resilient; you are strong in implementation and always maintain an overview
- Last but not least, you are interested in educational issues, migration and integration issues as well as issues of equal opportunities and are always open to new ideas.
