Would you like to learn German and be in a movie at the same time? In this one-week course, you’ll shoot a short feature film alongside film professionals. No acting experience is necessary: theater director Bettina Dieterle will show you how to move in front of the camera and play a role.
The story is based on «Kannitverstan» by the Basel author Johann Peter Hebel and is set in modern-day Basel. It gives you the chance to use German, be creative, and work with others to create something special.
The finished film will be posted on YouTube and may also be screened at film festivals.

Participants must pay the full course fee of CHF 90.– by the end of the one-week creative course. Cancellations made up to one week before the course begins are free of charge. If you cancel later than that, you will be charged the full price.
