Module certificate ZA-DL or "SVEB certificate for trainers"
To obtain the module certificate ZA-DL or the "SVEB-Zertifikat Ausbilderin/Ausbilder", participants must meet the following requirements:
Appeals and repetition of the proof of competence
A written objection (to the attention of the manager) can be lodged within 30 days, stating the reasons, against a "failed" assessment of a certificate of competence.
The module provider decides on:
a) the approval of the objection (proof of competence "passed" after all),
b) the repetition (CHF 150.-) and
c) the rejection of the objection.
A written and reasoned appeal against the decision of the module provider can be submitted to the QSK within 30 days with regard to SVEB certificates of competence. The QSK will check the formal correctness of the objection procedure. The appeal procedure is free of charge.
"As an experienced secondary school teacher, I was initially reluctant to take part in the training at IDIconTOTO. I was therefore surprised to learn that andragogy largely uses different learning strategies and learning mechanisms to those used by children and young people. Thanks to the extremely professional lecturers, the excellent course materials, the regular practical exercises and the pleasant learning atmosphere, I was able to expand my knowledge and take away very specific methodological and didactic approaches for my course groups."
- Anette Droll
"The IDIconTOTO course enabled me to turn my hobby into a profession. The modules - all interesting and instructive - have given me the tools I need to perform confidently and competently in a professional learning environment."
- Lise Stalder
"I completed the IDIconTOTO course and found it very enriching. The didactic input in the four modalities (reading, writing, understanding, speaking) was very structured and was accompanied by numerous practical exercises, which is why we were able to absorb a lot from the learners' perspective. The inputs and discussions on cultural differences were also very valuable as preparation for future teaching."
