How can you sign up for our MinQ mentoring programme?
> Fill out the online contact form below, send us an email or contact our office for more information.
> We will then contact you to arrange a profile meeting (approx. 1 hour).
> We will look for a suitable mentor for you.
> You will be accompanied by your mentor for approximately six months, during which time you will have at least twelve mentoring sessions.
> You can discuss your mentorship with its programme director at any time.
How can you become a mentor?
We are continually looking to expand our mentor network.

Mentoring – a success story!
The completed project phase of 2015–2106 was very successful. Out of 20 participants, 9 found a job, 7 found an internship, 1 participant became self-employed and 1 participant pursued additional qualifications that furthered her professional goals. Two women left the programme early due to pregnancy and illness. In most cases, participants’ contact/friendship with their mentors extended beyond the official six months.
Mentors benefit from exchanging ideas with their mentees and can gain new perspectives on their own work and culture as well as on the topic of integration. Participants’ personal networks can be expanded through the regular mentoring sessions. Moreover, sharing knowledge gained over the years is a rewarding and meaningful experience.
