Mentoring – a success story!
The completed project phase of 2015–2106 was very successful. Out of 20 participants, 9 found a job, 7 found an internship, 1 participant became self-employed and 1 participant pursued additional qualifications that furthered her professional goals. Two women left the programme early due to pregnancy and illness. In most cases, participants’ contact/friendship with their mentors extended beyond the official six months. Mentors benefit from exchanging ideas with their mentees and can gain new perspectives on their own work and culture as well as on the topic of integration. Participants’ personal networks can be expanded through the regular mentoring sessions. Moreover, sharing knowledge gained over the years is a rewarding and meaningful experience. Become a part of our network–as a mentor or a mentee!

Participants who are successfully matched with a mentor pay CHF 200 for the six-month mentorship. The amount must be paid at the beginning of the mentorship.
