They can prepare, conduct and evaluate learning events in the subject of GFL with adults.

• > Orientate themselves in the context of migration and integration, know their own role and act accordingly
• > Reflect on migrants' understanding of teaching and learning as well as their learning behavior and use the findings for learning support
• > Meet migrants with an appreciative attitude and be open to surprising learning paths, learning strategies or results
• > Recognize possible cultural and identity conflicts of migrant learners and intervene appropriately and in accordance with the objectives of the course
• > Reflect on own values and attitudes in relation to the intercultural context and implement them in learning support

Deregistration
Cancellation up to three weeks before the start of the course is free of charge, after that the full course price must be paid.

Course implementation
If there are too few registrations, the K5 Basler Kurszentrum may cancel the course up to one week before the start of the course. Course fees already paid will be refunded.

Modulate test
Participants must fulfill the following requirements to obtain the modulat test:

• > Active participation in the courses according to the course program (classroom teaching) (at least 80% per module)
• > Proof of competence assessed as "passed" by the module lecturer

Appeals and repetition
A written objection (to the attention of the manager) may be lodged within 30 days, stating the reasons, against the "fail" assessment of a certificate of competence. The module provider decides on this:
a) the approval of the objection (proof of competence "passed" after all),
b) the repetition (CHF 150.-) and
c) the rejection of the objection.
