They can prepare, conduct and evaluate learning events in the subject of GFL with adults.

Deregistration and illness
One Cancellation up to three weeks before the start of the course is free of charge, after that the full course costs must be paid.

Course implementation
If there are too few registrations, the K5 Basler Kurszentrum may cancel the course up to one week before the start of the course. Course fees already paid will be refunded.

Modulate test
To obtain the modulat test, participants must fulfill the following requirements:
1. active participation in the face-to-face courses (min. 80 %)
2. proof of competence assessed as "fulfilled" by the module lecturer.

Appeals and repetition of the proof of competence
An objection to your assessment as "not fulfilled" can be lodged in writing with the K5 Basler Kurszentrum within 30 days.

The module provider decides on
a) the approval of the objection (proof of competence "fulfilled" after all),
b) free repetition with another specialist or
c) the rejection of the objection.

A written and reasoned appeal against the module provider's decision may be submitted to the fide Quality Commission within 30 days. The appeal procedure is free of charge.
