Would you like to work in retail? We offer together with Contiva offers a program three times a year for anyone who would like to work (again) in a retail company (non-food and food sector). You will refresh your theoretical knowledge in a week-long course, after which you will complete a 3-month internship in the profession, accompanied by a job coach. In this way, you will be optimally trained for the sector and gain work experience.

Course: Sales Training Plus
Course length: 3 months plus a week
Course times: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 11:30, 13:00 - 16:30
Internship times: according to the store's schedule, can include Saturdays
Childcare: no

CHF 2,000.–

What are the prerequisites for the Basic Sales Training programme?
> You have good German skills (level B1) and are able to understand Swiss German.
> You can advise customers.
> You are available to work during store hours (until 8.00 p.m.) and on Saturdays.

> You will receive a competent assessment from the company where you do your internship.

A written confirmation of participation will be issued at the end of the programme if a participant has finished the programme. This confirmation includes the programme’s content, dates and number of lessons.

Installment payments are possible. The first installment is due at the start of the course. The entire course fee must be paid by the end of the course.

One Deregistration up to one week before the start of the course is free of charge. After that, the full price will be charged.
